The Mulligan - 2022 - DON'T MISS THIS FILM!
Top level executive and perfectionist Paul McAllister (Eric Close) has high standards and expects the same of others. Personally plagued by a successful company, he has no time for his wife Rebecca (Tanya Christiansen) and son Jake (Andrew Brodeur).
Trying to keep up with that busy schedule, CEO McAllister barely arrives in time for his annual nationally televised charity golf tournament. Frustrated throughout the tournament with bad shots, Paul finally embarrassed himself by exploding during a routine putt. It's obvious something else is wrong in Paul’s life. Taking advice from his fellow golfer, he seeks after the wise “Old Pro” (Pat Boone). It took some time, patience and lots of prayers before Paul open his eyes to the important things of life. It was a wonderful journey!
Personal opinion: From the opening scene, I knew this movie was going to be something special. Especially when the audience was humming during Paul’s perfect game putt….. It takes a special Movie Director to get the best from his actors and Michael O. Sajbel brilliantly directed this film. Pat Boone was worthy of an Oscar nomination. The facial expressions of Andrew Brodeur and Charmin Lee were exceptional and realistic. This is a must-see movie and quite frankly.....we need more like this!
