The Designer - The Layout
Complete details are crucial for transforming raw fabric into a work of art.
It all starts from flat images that can come to life. Please, for all special orders, provide as many details as possible, The flatter the image, the easier and faster your project will be completed.

Choosing the Correct Materials
Choosing the correct material for the right sport and the era of when the game was played is not that difficult. However, finding exact available materials can be one of the biggest challenges on special orders.

Buying The Right Materials
We pride ourselves with having the right contacts and having good eyes to spot materials throughout the year. We procure what we can, when available, regardless if "we need it now". Due to the difficulties of finding some materials, we buy the rare stuff as soon as it's discovered.

Storing the Materials
We have employees roll and transfer all new materials to the warehouse for safe storage for future use.
We incur monthly rental costs for our space that holds hundreds of different types of materials. However, we feel that by stocking minimal levels of regular materials, we can meet the customers needs much faster.

Work of the Master Cutter
Once the Master Cutter receives the order, they now determine the type of cut, and size. The Master Cutter always reviews the fabric to ensure it is clean and clear of any marks or blemishes. The Master leads his team to finish the project!

Numbers and Letters
After the Designer releases the layout for the jersey, the letter personnel cut and trace letters and numbers accordingly. Both by machine and hand are used for the best results. Please consider the extra work needed for multi-layered numbers and letters.

Knitting Machine Expert
The next time you look at someone's jersey, take a look at the stripe patterns on the neckline, sleeve endings, extra trim, or sleeve stripes. A special knitting thread must be used and it takes 3 rolls per color. For example, if you have a 3 color knit sleeve trim for a football jersey. That's 9 rolls of knitting thread. The operator of the machine is very specialized requiring special pay. See our "Custom" page when choosing the colors of knit.

Special Order Patches
The flatter the image, the easier it is do a beautiful patch. Most patches are made for the sleeve or front collarbone region. Small orders can be done by hand and larger orders can be ordered via computerized embroidery.

Work of People who sew the jersey together
All the names, numbers and letters are added to the pieces of the material issued by the master cutter before the jersey is pieced together. This allows for a much smoother jersey than you would find in a regular custom jersey shop.

Ironing the Jersey
This is the last step before we pick-up and begin to prepare your special order for delivery.

Pick-Up and Examination
Several times per week, we pick-up our weekly orders from the factory. We examine the stitching, details, patches, numbers, letters, and overall alignment.

Office Paperwork
The office personnel once again double checks the orders, they measure for sizing and review the orders for shipping. They double check the address and look at the different shipping options that the customer choose and prepare accordingly.

Courier to Shipping Outlet
Once your jersey is folded, and ready to ship with shipping documents in hand. We now journey in heavy traffic to one of three places to mail your item. We do not charge extra for special handling and skyrocketing fuel surcharges as do our shipping companies.

Delivery Personnel
Once we release the item to the shipping company of choice, it's really out of our hands for delivery time. I would speculate that at least 10 different people will touch this package before it arrives your destination only from a delivery standpoint. We ship to nearly all countries. Please remember that and for those who need a size 3xl-4xl, sorry, but we have to add the extra shipping fees handed down to us by our service carriers.
